RWS Has a standard range of AC and Medium Frequency welding machines ranging from Micro Welding heads for the battery and electronic component sector to 150KVA pedestal machines .

Driven by our customers needs RWS has moved away from bulky 50+ year old machine designs and now manufactures a standard space saving pedestal unit which is just as suited to a manual welding process as it is robotic applications.

We are happy to fit welding controls as specified by the customers standard, ie. Bosch Rexroth, Entron, Matacheck etc. or for AC machines we offer our own standard control based on the Siemens S7-1200 range of PLC's or for MFDC the Sunke SMF7 range.

All Air Prep and Head Cylinders are SMC as standard and head bearings and anti rotation are non lube and ISO standard.
